This Privacy Policy explains what information Chatters Inner Circle ("CIC," "we," "us") collects when you use our web app and browser extensions, how that information is used, and the choices you have. CIC is a tool that helps chatters and moderators on chat platforms (such as Cloudworkers, Texting Factory, and Text121) write faster, more effective replies using AI.
CIC is intended for use by adults aged 18 and older. It is a professional productivity tool for people working as chatters or moderators, and is not directed at or intended for use by minors.
Information We Collect
Account information: the email address you sign up with, and a phone number if you choose to provide one (used for support and payment confirmation).
Payment confirmation details: if you pay via M-Pesa, the M-Pesa transaction code you submit to confirm payment.
Device identifier: a device fingerprint used to enforce free trial limits and our per-account device policy, so accounts aren't shared beyond what's allowed.
Usage data: which features you use, how many replies you generate, timestamps, and your IP address, used for enforcing usage limits, rate limiting, and keeping the service secure.
Message content you submit for reply generation: when you use the AI reply, reactivation, opener, or PPV tools, the subscriber/client message text (and, if you choose to use the optional "My Style" feature, writing examples you provide) is sent to our AI processing provider to generate suggested replies. Support communications: messages you send us for help or billing questions, including screenshots you may share.
How We Use This Information
To create and maintain your account and verify your subscription status.
To generate the AI reply suggestions the product exists to provide.
To confirm M-Pesa payments and activate or renew your membership.
To enforce free trial, device, and daily/hourly usage limits fairly across accounts.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or account sharing beyond our policy.
To provide customer support and respond to questions.
To monitor and improve the reliability and quality of the service.
Third-Party Processors
We share limited data with the following services strictly to operate CIC:
OpenRouter — processes the message text you submit in order to generate AI reply suggestions. OpenRouter does not receive your email, phone number, or payment information.
Cloudflare — hosts our web app, backend, and stores account and usage data securely.
Google Analytics — provides anonymized, aggregate usage analytics (which pages/features are used) to help us improve the product. Does not receive message content.
CallMeBot (WhatsApp notifications) — used to notify us internally when a payment confirmation is submitted, so we can activate your membership promptly. This may include your phone number and payment code as part of that internal notification only.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your submitted message content for advertising.
Data Retention
We retain account and usage records for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward for support, fraud-prevention, and legal record-keeping purposes. Activity logs used for security and rate-limiting are retained for a short rolling period (typically 14 days) and then deleted. Conversation history (a Pro feature that lets you revisit past generated replies) is stored only for accounts using that feature and can be cleared by contacting us.
Your Choices
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about your account.
You can request that we delete your account and associated personal data, subject to reasonable exceptions (such as records we're required to keep for fraud prevention or legal reasons).
You can stop using the extensions at any time by uninstalling them from your browser; this stops any further data collection through the extension immediately.

Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data in transit and access controls on our backend systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
CIC is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the product changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of CIC after a change means you accept the updated policy.
